Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as used bedding, customized products, or clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
